ProfessionalR is a search engine to allow prospective employers gain access to the vast database of qualified professional under the Australian National Training Authority’s training framework.

The system allows you to search for individuals that match a range of predefined job criteria. The job definitions are based on the competencies included in the Australian National Training Authority’s training packages.

The system will allow you to select a job type and search the database. The system will return a list of matches and an indication as to the degree of the match. The search result will be divided into two areas:

1. accredited
2. non accredited

Those listed under the accredited heading are so as they are qualified under the Australian National Training Authority’s (ANTA) training packages.

Those listed under the non accredited heading are not known to be accredited by ANTA
